Lacey’s Strawberry Matcha

  • Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a small bowl or cup.
  • Add 1-2 ounces of hot (but not boiling) water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion using a small whisk, until the powder is fully dissolved and slightly frothy.
  • Combine the prepared matcha with 25ml/50ml of Lacey’s Vodkashake Strawberry.
  • Pour the components slowly over ice in a serving glass to create the layered matcha with delicious foam on top.
